Payment Policy

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE PREPAID ONLY

(All orders must be made directly through the website.)

There will be no date held, or placed without payment or deposit.
Any orders less than $100 Require FULL PAYMENT
Any orders $100-$300 require 50% Deposit
Any orders $300 or more require 30% Deposit

Balance:
Must be paid 2 days before the requested pick up or delivery date. No later than 10 pm. Failure to pay balance 2 days prior to the requested pick up or delivery date will result in a canceled order. NO ORDERS WILL BE PREPARED WITHOUT A PAID IN FULL BALANCE! 


Unpaid Balance/Orders not picked up:
Any orders with an unpaid balance or any orders that are not picked up on the requested date will be considered canceled. Which will result in a nonrefundable transaction, and/or order will not be made. 


Rush Order:
Any custom order that is requested with 5 days’ notice or less will require a rush fee. Started from day 5 there will be a $10 fee added, starting from day 4 a $20 fee added, and so on. Any order requested the night before may not be fulfilled depending on the technicality of the order. Full Payment of rushed orders WILL BE DUE UPFRONT.


Pick Up and Delivery Hours:
All pick up and deliveries are made by appointment only Tuesday – Saturday (Any orders requested for Sunday or Monday add $15 Fee


Delivery Fees:
Depending on location, delivery will range from $10-$30. Please allow a 20-minute window before and after the requested delivery time. Delivery will only be attempted one time. If the delivery is unsuccessful, pick up will be required. Or you may request another delivery for an extra fee. 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS.
